A clear starting point
for website privacy.
This notice describes the current private, pre-launch SD Solar Energy website and the enquiry workflow currently implemented for pre-launch testing. Production enquiry delivery is not yet activated.
SD Solar Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601037686 (1699781-V)) is identified as the company behind this website. This is a practical account of the current implementation, not a final approved policy for a public website.

The distinction between reading the site, signing in to view it and sending an enquiry matters.
Enquiry information
When the workflow is configured and activated, the form collects a name, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, enquiry area, optional property or facility type, optional general project location, and a project message. SD uses that information to receive and respond to the enquiry. The form does not request document uploads.
Anti-abuse verification
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes the verification token and related technical request information. The token is validated by the website server before an enquiry can be delivered.
Email delivery
After validation, the website uses Resend to submit the enquiry as an email to an SD-controlled recipient configured on the server. A successful website response means Resend accepted the message for delivery; it does not guarantee that a person has reviewed or replied to it.
No SD enquiry database
The current website does not write enquiries to Cloudflare D1 or another SD application database. The email message and its delivery records may still be processed or retained by Resend and the receiving mailbox. Approved retention wording remains unresolved.
Private-site access, hosting and fonts
The current private deployment uses hosting-platform access controls and is delivered through ChatGPT Sites. The site also requests Inter and Manrope font files from Google Fonts. These services may process technical request information. The site code does not add an SD analytics or advertising integration.
BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH

The enquiry workflow is built but not activated for public delivery. This notice does not claim that cookies, access logs or other technical processing are absent.
SD still needs to approve retention wording for enquiry emails and provider records, the public privacy contact, and any required policy wording. Hosting and sign-in data flows, cookies or similar technologies, technical logging and service-provider arrangements also require final review before public activation.
Public telephone, email, WhatsApp and business-office details remain pending. No temporary personal contact information has been published here.
